This policy explains what information Small Space Living Ideas (smallspacelivingideas.com) collects and how it is used. Last updated November 4, 2026.

Information we collect

You can read this site without creating an account or giving us any personal information. We do not run ads and we do not sell personal information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are handled by the host under its own privacy policy.

Email newsletter

If you choose to join our newsletter, you give us your email address. It is used only to send the newsletter and the free resources you asked for, such as the small-room measuring worksheet. Email addresses will be stored and sent by a third-party email service provider; its name will be listed here when the newsletter launches. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to have your address deleted at any time.

Amazon and other affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links to Amazon. When you click one, you leave this site and Amazon may place cookies in your browser so that qualifying purchases can be credited to us. Amazon's use of that data is covered by Amazon's own privacy notice. We do not receive your name, address or what else you buy; affiliate reports show only aggregated order information.

We link to our Pinterest profile. If you click through, Pinterest's privacy policy applies on its site. This site does not load Pinterest scripts or tracking pixels.

Our Pinterest app (Pinterest API integration)

We use the official Pinterest API, through our app "Small Space Living Ideas Pin Publisher", only to publish Pins to our own Pinterest business account (smallspaceliving_ideas) and to read our own boards. When the account owner connects the app through Pinterest's OAuth sign-in, Pinterest gives us access tokens for our account. The app uses them to read our own board names and IDs, our account name, and the Pins we create, and to create Pins that the account owner has approved one by one.

What we store. The access tokens are stored encrypted on a single computer that we control. For each Pin we publish, we keep the Pinterest Pin ID and link next to our own copy of the Pin's image and text. We do not store board lists, analytics or any other data from the Pinterest API.

What we don't do. We do not access, collect or store information about other Pinterest users. We do not sell, share or transfer any Pinterest data or tokens to third parties, and we do not use them for advertising.

Revoking access. The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time in Pinterest settings (Security and logins, or Privacy and data, then Apps) by removing "Small Space Living Ideas Pin Publisher". When access is revoked, or when we stop using the integration, we delete the stored tokens.

Cookies

This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party sites you visit through our links (such as Amazon or Pinterest) may set their own cookies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any email, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and contact us through our Pinterest profile with any privacy request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
